Why do I do what I do?
I believe self-awareness is the foundation for growth, improvement, achieving results, and finding happiness.
My mission is to bring value to you and your team by helping you reach high performance—through discovering and strengthening your unique talents—so you can overcome both personal and professional challenges.

How do I do it?
By designing personalized, tailored solutions that align with your needs and aspirations, using dynamic, participatory methodologies that encourage active learning and fun.

What do I do?
I create a positive impact on your results through training programs focused on power skills (sales, leadership, team management, communication), coaching processes (individual and team), motivational talks, high-impact dynamics, and team-building activities.

Experience
I bring over 20 years of leadership experience in SMEs and multinational companies (both nationally and internationally), having served as a director, sales team leader, and right-hand to two CEOs.
I've been in the trenches—I know your challenges, your obstacles, and the solutions that work, in sectors like IT, Real Estate, Construction, Banking, e-commerce, Digital Marketing, Tourism, International Trade, and Architecture.
