Over the course of their combined careers the partners have executed project goals on numerous commercial transactions for a combined market value of over $500mm.The success in execution can be attributed to the combined disciplines of Dempsey and Pellicciotta in all aspects of real estate, finance, construction and deal structuring. As a true middle market developer DP has consummated a variety of true value add opportunities. Such experience includes product development and acquisition of complex asset types such as industrial land development, notes and mortgages, multifamily, retail and office.
