Ahmed Medhat

Ahmed Medhat is an experienced professional in operational excellence, business transformation, and lean project management. Currently serving as an Operational Excellence Leader at DP World since December 2023, Ahmed previously held multiple roles at Savola Foods Company, including Assistant Manager of Manufacturing Excellence & Digitalization, where responsibilities involved implementing a Manufacturing Excellence program. Additionally, Ahmed has a strong entrepreneurial background as a co-founder of WeedA and Fasla_Family Space, focusing on environmental sustainability and family working spaces, respectively. With earlier experience in maintenance planning, network engineering, and various engineering roles, Ahmed holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from the Higher Technological Institute.
