Debdeep Banerjee

Debdeep Banerjee is a versatile data scientist and engineer currently serving as a Staff Machine Learning Engineer at DP World, focusing on post-training and reinforcement learning. Previously, Debdeep held the position of Lead Machine Learning Engineer at Ola, where they worked on mobility allocation and dynamic pricing systems. With a strong foundation in machine learning and distributed systems, Debdeep has also contributed to several startups and co-founded Fisheyebox (Aerodrive), where notable achievements included building a self-driving car and earning media recognition. Earlier in their career, Debdeep worked as a Research Assistant at Calcutta University, concentrating on pattern recognition. They are currently pursuing higher education in Mathematics and Computer Science at D.A.V. Model School and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science at West Bengal University of Technology.
