Jodie Cox

Jodie Cox currently serves as Group Senior Manager of Global Mobility at DP World since August 2023. Prior to this role, Jodie held various positions at Seadrill from January 2016 to July 2023, starting as HR Advisor and advancing to Senior HR Advisor, Senior Rewards Advisor, and finally International Mobility Supervisor, where responsibilities included managing International Mobility programs and aligning Rewards Strategy with commercial needs. Jodie's earlier experience includes an HR internship at World Animal Protection, supported by British Council funding, focusing on the operations of a global non-profit in Beijing. Jodie holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Cardiff University and has completed further education at Avado, Neath Port Talbot College, and Aberdare Girls' School.
