Juli Oliver-Smith

Juli Oliver-Smith, currently serving as Senior Director - People Operations - Europe at DP World since February 2023, has an extensive background in human resources and people operations across multiple sectors. Prior roles include Head of Change, Systems and Integration at P&O Ferries, where Juli directed the Apollo Programme (Oracle Fusion) implementation across 16 European countries, and Head of HR, Service Improvement and Recruitment, leading a significant HR transformation initiative.
