Ladislaus Prosper

Ladislaus Prosper is a dedicated and versatile professional with over 20 years of experience in Human Capital Management within multinational organizations. Currently serving as the Director of People and Sustainability at DP World Dar-es-Salaam, they are responsible for leading the development and execution of people strategies in alignment with the company's business objectives. Previously, they held key roles such as Chief Human Resources & Administration Officer at TICTS and Cluster Human Resources Business Partner at Maersk Line, among others. Ladislaus is a Chartered Human Resources Analyst and was honored as the 2016 HR Person of the Year at the Tanzania Leadership Awards. They hold an MBA from the Eastern and Southern Africa Management Institute and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the Open University of Tanzania.
