Mark Ratcliffe

Mark Ratcliffe serves as the Vice President – People – Oceania at DP World, having joined in September 2023. Previously, Mark held the position of General Manager - People & Culture at Assetlink from April 2023 to September 2023, where responsibilities included overarching People & Culture strategies across various divisions in Australia and New Zealand. Before Assetlink, Mark was with Boral, serving as Head of People & Culture for both Operations and Operational Services from January 2022 to February 2023, overseeing People & Culture initiatives during organizational restructuring. Mark also contributed to REMONDIS Australia Pty Ltd as General Manager - People & Safety and General Manager - People & Culture from August 2016 to December 2021 and held HR roles at SUEZ Australia & New Zealand and Sodexo. Mark Ratcliffe graduated from Macquarie University with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and Business Law and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce specializing in Marketing and Demography.
