Phumzile Langeni

Ms Langeni, a stockbroker by training, is the co-founder and executive Chairman of Afropulse Group Proprietary Limited. Phumzile is Chairman of Delta Property Fund, Metrofile Limited and Primedia Holdings. She is Vice-Chairman of Imperial Logistics Group (previously Imperial Logistics). She also serves as a Non-Executive Director of Woolworths Holdings Proprietary Limited, Nedbank Group Limited and Nedbank Limited.

Phumzile also serves as President Ramaphosa’s Special Investment Envoys. In 2021, she was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Presidential Advisory Council on Investment (PACI), which is chaired by President Ramaphosa.

She was appointed to the Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director on 01 June 2022.
