Rado Antolovic

CEO & Managing Director, Maritime Services Division at DP World

Rado Antolovic is the current CEO & Managing Director of the Maritime Services Division at DP World. Rado has over 25 years of experience in the maritime industry, having served in various leadership roles at both DP World and P&O Maritime.

Most recently, Antolovic was responsible for setting up the Maritime Services Division at DP World, which is comprised of 5 companies: P&O Maritime, P&O Marinas, Drydocks World Dubai, Dubai Maritime City, and P&O Ports. Under their leadership, the division has seen substantial growth and profitability.

Previously, Antolovic served as Managing Director for Russian, Black Sea & CIS at DP World from 2007 to 2011. In this role, they were responsible for the company's operations in these regions and helped to grow the business substantially. From 2011 to 2013, they served as Managing Director/CEO of NCSP JSC, a maritime transportation company based in Russia. During their tenure, they successfully turned around the company's fortunes, returning it to profitability.

Antolovic holds a degree in Naval Architecture & Marine Engineering from the University of Zagreb in Croatia.

Rado Antolovic has a PhD in Transport & Economics from Macquarie University, a Master of Business Administration - MBA from Macquarie University, and a Bachelor's degree in Transport Business from UNSW. Rado also has a degree in Naval Engineering from the University of Edvard Kardelj in Ljubljana, and a Technician of Naval Architecture from the Nautical College Slovenia.

Rado Antolovic works with Mohammed Akoojee - Group Chief Operating Officer, Logistics, Pradeep Desai - CTO, and Jesper Kristensen - Group COO, Marine Services. Rado Antolovic reports to Sultan Ahmed Bin Sulayem, Group Chairman & CEO.
