Duncan Millar's work experience includes various roles in design, production, sales, and marketing. Duncan started their career as the Director of Design at WB Incorporated in 1985. After that, they worked at Design and Production Incorporated as the Project Director and later became the Exhibit Division Manager. At Design Craftsmen, they served as the President/CEO and later as the Production Manager/Board of Directors. Duncan then joined EEI Global as the VP of Marketing and New Business Development and later worked at Superior Exhibits and Design, Inc. as the Project Director/Sr. Account Executive. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Business Development and Marketing at Design and Production Incorporated.

Duncan Millar began their education at Breck School, where they completed their high school education from 1969 to 1976. Afterward, they attended Falmouth High School during the academic year of 1977-1978 to further their high school education. Subsequently, they pursued higher education at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where they studied Interior Design and obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from 1980 to 1985.
