J.F. (Jay) Barnwell, Jr. has a strong and diverse work experience. J.F. (Jay) served as the President & CEO of Design and Production Incorporated since 1991, where they oversaw notable projects such as the George W. Bush Presidential Library and Museum and the National Archives.
