Toni Torras Rosell

Toni Torras Rosell is an accomplished technology manager specializing in acoustics at DPA Microphones A/S since January 2017, and serves as a censor for the fields of Electronics, IT, and Energy at CensorNet until 2026. Previously, Toni worked as a staff scientist at the Danish National Metrology Institute, engaging in research on acoustics, optics, and nanotechnology from 2010 to 2016, and completed an industrial PhD focused on optical methods for characterizing sound fields. Toni's early career included roles as a research assistant at the Acoustic Technology department of Danmarks Tekniske Universitet, a programmer at The Danish Design School, and an internship at Audioscan, S.L., alongside teaching at Epsilon Formación S.L. Toni holds a PhD in Acoustics and an MSc in Engineering Acoustics from DTU, an MSc in Telecommunication Engineering from UPC, and a BSc in Physics from Universitat de Barcelona.
