Paul Kelly is currently serving as a Contact Center Manager at DPD Ireland since July 2021. Prior to this, Paul gained extensive experience in the contact center industry, holding positions such as Contact Centre Manager and Section Manager at AXA Assistance from May 2006 to February 2022. Before AXA, Paul worked as a Team Leader at One Direct from December 2002 to April 2006. Paul studied at Technological University of the Shannon, Athlone Campus from 1997 to 1999, and attended Marist College in Athlone from 1990 to 1996.
