Ian Payne

Ian Payne is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and training management within the logistics and retail sectors. Currently serving as Hub Training Manager at DPD UK since October 2016, Ian has held multiple roles including Senior Hub Trainer and Sortation Manager. Prior to this, Ian worked at Tesco PLC for nearly nine years as Warehouse Manager and Training Manager, focusing on team performance and training initiatives for new depots. Ian's career began at Triton Showers in production and included a role as Head Concierge at Hanover International Hotels. Ian's educational background includes studies at John Cleveland College from 1993 to 1995.
