Bill Bishop is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate consulting and land development. Bill has held various leadership positions in notable companies such as Development Planning & Finance Group (DPFG), where they served as Principal advising clients on land use matters. In addition, they have served as President of A BETTER PLACE GROUP, where they oversaw the development of award-winning communities. Bill also founded Renaissance Housing and Renaissance Steel, and worked as Vice President of Development at NEWLAND COMMUNITIES. Bill also attended Carnegie Mellon University in 1975, where they studied Science, Technology, and Society. Additionally, Bill has a PhD in City and Regional Planning from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, which they completed in 2018. Bill also studied Economics and Economic Development at The London School of Economics and Political Science, but it does not specify if they obtained a degree.
