Chris Hall has a diverse range of work experience in the real estate consulting industry. Chris started their career as a Planning Intern at Daly Owens Group in 2006, where they assisted in specific plan preparation and conducted general entitlement research. In 2007, Chris joined Natelson Dale Group as a Research Associate, where they conducted urban decay studies and assisted in the preparation of a fiscal impact analysis for the City of Desert Hot Springs. Later that year, they joined DPFG as a Principal, responsible for providing real estate consulting services such as development impact fee review, property tax projections, and fiscal impact analyses. Chris has worked with a variety of clients and has experience in multiple states including California, Oregon, Washington, Nevada, Arizona, Colorado, and New Mexico.
Chris Hall attended California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning.
