Lindsey Watters has a diverse work experience in the fields of advertising operations, quality assurance, and business analysis. Lindsey started their career at RIIS LLC as a Business Analyst Intern, where they learned about Agile software development and worked on defining requirements and writing user stories. Lindsey then became a Junior Business Analyst and Quality Assurance practitioner at RIIS LLC, implementing Agile methodologies, gathering and analyzing business requirements, and executing testing scripts.
Following their time at RIIS LLC, Lindsey joined Billhighway as a Software Quality Assurance Intern, where they created and executed test plans, identified and reported bugs, and implemented automated UI and API testing.
Currently, Lindsey is working at DP+ as the Associate Director of Advertising Operations, responsible for managing advertising operations and leading a team. Lindsey previously held the position of Manager of Advertising Operations at DP+. Additionally, they played a significant role as a Quality Assurance Analyst at DP+, leading QA team projects, introducing Agile and Scrum methodologies, and collaborating on cross-department tasks to improve agency processes.
Lindsey Watters has a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from Walsh College, which they obtained from 2018 to 2020. Before attending Walsh College, they completed their Computer Science studies at Macomb Community College from 2014 to 2018. Lindsey Watters also attended The Roeper School from 2000 to 2010, where they obtained their high school diploma. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications in advertising and campaign management, including the Google Ads Display Certification, Google Ads Measurement Certification, and Campaign Manager 360 Certification Exam.
