Adam Frandson

Adam Frandson is an experienced professional in the construction and engineering industry, currently serving as the Planning and Scheduling Team Leader and Scheduler at DPR Construction since September 2017. As a PhD student at the University of California, Berkeley, since 2011, Adam has been involved in research focusing on Project Production Systems, developing Takt-time planning and implementing the Last Planner system on construction projects. Previous experience includes roles as a Production Engineer/Researcher at The Boldt Company, a Scheduling Consultant, and a Visiting Researcher at NTNU, along with various academic positions and internships that enhanced skills in construction scheduling and lean methodologies. Adam holds a PhD in Civil Engineering, a Master's degree in Engineering, and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, all from the University of California, Berkeley.
