Robert Tolle

Robert Tolle is a seasoned professional in quality control and project engineering, currently serving as the Quality Control Manager and QAQC Program Lead at DPR Construction since August 2018. Tolle has extensive experience in developing and improving QAQC programs for multi-million-dollar retrofit projects across multiple data center campuses, demonstrating leadership in training QAQC teams, establishing standardized processes, and utilizing innovative Power BI dashboards for data management. Prior to DPR Construction, Tolle worked as a Production Supervisor and Project Engineer at Ecolab, where significant improvements were made in operational efficiency and compliance. Additionally, Tolle has interned with PepsiCo and Nalco Champion, focusing on process engineering and project management. Tolle holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
