Adam Picard

Adam Picard is an experienced GIS Analyst with a Bachelor of Science in Geography/Environmental Studies and a minor in Geographic Information Technology from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania. Since July 2017, Adam has coordinated the use of the ArcGIS Online platform at DPS Land Services, managing user licensing and creating web maps and applications for various projects. Previously, Adam served as a Map Production Specialist at Uber and worked as a GIS Analyst for Energy Resource Partners, where collaboration with various specialists led to the successful acquisition of pipeline agreements in multiple states. Adam's early experience also includes GIS work with Grove City Borough, focusing on mapping city infrastructure using advanced GIS software and Trimble GPS equipment.
