Thomas Laakso serves as the Senior Vice President at DPS Skis since January 2018, where responsibilities include leading product, engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain efforts while aligning fiscal goals with a disciplined Go-To-Market strategy. Prior experience includes consulting on brand development at Concentric Creative, serving as Brand President at Mountain Hub, Inc., and holding the position of Ski Category Director at Black Diamond Equipment. Laakso also worked as an Advanced Products Manager at The North Face and as an Engineer at Innovative Composite Engineering. Laakso holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Plastics Engineering Technology from Western Washington University.
