Neil Palmer

Neil Palmer has extensive experience in IT operations and technical support, particularly with IBM Midrange Systems including AS/400, iSeries, and IBM i platforms. Currently serving in I.T. Operations Support at Waterloo North Hydro Inc. since October 2015, Neil has held various engineering roles focused on system configurations, installations, upgrades, and migrations since beginning as a System Operator at Genesco Canada Ltd. in 1972. With a strong background in technical support across multiple companies, including DPS, Inc. and NxTrend Technology Inc., Neil's contributions extend to leadership as a member and ex-President of The Saab Club of Canada.
