Christopher Wu

Executive Vice President, Alternative Investments; President, Ault Alliance at DPW Holdings

Christopher Wu has over 18 years of experience in the mergers and acquisitions, financing and restructuring community. Christopher began their career in 1991 as a Special Assistant to the Trade Policy Bureau for the Ministry of International Trade & Industry. In 1993, they joined ITOCHU Corporation as an Assistant Manager. In 1997, they moved to JP Morgan as a Vice President. In 2003, they joined Carl Marks Advisors as Co-Head Investment Banking. In 2017, they joined Teneo as President of Restructuring Advisory and Senior Managing Director. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Ault Global Holdings, Inc. ($DPW) as Executive Vice President of Alternative Investments and President of Ault Alliance. In this role, they focus on multi-strategy investments in undervalued businesses and disruptive technology with a global impact.

Christopher Wu attended the American School in Japan from 1975 to 1983. Christopher then attended St. Albans School from 1983 to 1987, where they earned a B.A. in English Language & Literature from the University of Chicago in 1991. In 1995, they earned an MBA in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business.
