Thomas Neugebauer

Thomas Neugebauer is an experienced telecommunications professional with a robust background in fiber-optic network management and operations. Currently serving as a Senior Fiber Engineer and Director of Service Delivery at DQE Communications, Neugebauer has been instrumental in managing network design, construction, and customer service delivery since 2010. Previous roles at Comcast Cable included Technical Operations Manager and Network Operations Center Manager, where Neugebauer oversaw technical operations, maintenance, and staff management. Neugebauer's career began in the United States Air Force as a Communications/Navigations Systems Specialist, earning several commendations. Neugebauer holds an Associate's degree in Engineering from Penn State University.
