Mathew Varghese

Mathew Varghese currently serves as the Business Head for Gujarat and Rajasthan at Dr. Agarwal's Eye Hospital since April 2024, focusing on operations, P&L management, business development, and people management. Prior to this role, Mathew held various positions at Vodafone Idea Limited from January 2016 to April 2024, including Vice President of Sales and Zonal Business Manager, leading zonal operations and achieving significant customer growth while managing P&L. Mathew's extensive experience with Vodafone includes roles such as DGM Retail Operations, Manager of Retentions & Relations, and Zonal Customer Service Manager, where responsibilities encompassed revenue management, customer service, and retail operations. Mathew began the career as a Customer Service Associate at Azure Technologies and holds a B.Sc in Statistics from Gujarat University.
