José Netto

José Netto has a diverse work experience that spans several companies and positions. José currently works as the HR Director at Dr.Cash, starting in February 2023. Before that, they served as the Head of People at Buser Brasil from February 2022 to January 2023. José also worked at ID Logistics - Brasil as a Senior HRBP Manager from August 2020 to February 2022. Prior to that, they were the Regional HRBP Manager at FedEx from March 2017 to August 2020. José Netto also gained valuable experience at América Móvil, where they held various roles including HR Business Partner from March 2012 to March 2017, Human Resources Analyst from February 2009 to March 2012, and Customer Service Representative from November 2007 to February 2009. In addition to their corporate experience, they worked as a Teacher at the Instituto Federal de Goiás (IFG) from February 2013 to January 2017.

José Netto began their education journey in 2007 at Faculdade SulAmericana, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management. From 2009 to 2011, they pursued a postgraduate degree at Instituto SOBRAP, specializing in Coordination and Group Dynamics. Continuing their educational pursuit, José enrolled at Universidade Salgado de Oliveira from 2012 to 2016 and graduated with a degree in Psychology. Most recently, from 2019 to 2021, they attended Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Project Management.
