Emmie Salaj serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare, bringing extensive experience in the beauty industry. Previously, Emmie held the position of Global General Manager for Tory Burch Beauty at Shiseido and served as Global EVP for BareMinerals and BUXOM. Additional roles include Senior Vice President of Global Channel (Digital & ECom, Marketing, Sales, Education) and Senior Vice President of International Business Development at Shiseido Americas Corporation. Emmie holds a Master's degree in Cosmetic & Fragrance Marketing from the Fashion Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in English from Bernard M. Baruch College, The City University of New York.
