Dr Reena Nakra

Dr Reena Nakra has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Dr Reena started their career as a Doctor in the Army Medical Corps in 1993 and worked there until 2001. Following that, they pursued MD Pathology at Armed Forces Medical College from 2002 to 2005. In 2006, they joined Dr Lal PathLabs as the Chief of Lab and later held various positions including Zonal Head Operations, Head Integration M&A Labs, and Head M&A. From 2016 to 2019, they served as the Regional Director for Lab Operations & Emerging Businesses at Dr Lal PathLabs. Currently, they are working as the Principal Director for Lab Management & Technical Excellence at the same organization.

Dr. Reena Nakra's education history begins in 1989 when they enrolled at Armed Forces Medical College to pursue a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (M.B.B.S.) degree. Dr Reena completed their undergraduate studies in 1993.

After completing their M.B.B.S., Dr. Nakra went on to pursue further education in the field of Pathology. From 2002 to 2005, they attended Armed Forces Medical College in Pune, where they earned a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree specializing in Pathology.

In 2007, Dr. Nakra participated in a Management Development Programme at FORE School of Management in New Delhi. The program focused on team building and leadership skills.

In 2013, Dr. Nakra further enhanced their management skills by participating in a Management Development Programme at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad. This program specialized in mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring.

Most recently, in 2019 to 2020, Dr. Nakra enrolled in a Certificate Program at Cornell University. The program emphasized strategic healthcare leadership.
