Naveen Rathee is a seasoned supply chain and procurement professional with over a decade of experience across various roles. Currently serving as Manager at Dr Lal PathLabs since October 2021, Naveen focuses on supply chain transformation, process improvement, and digitalization, successfully implementing projects that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
