Allie van Taylor is an accomplished talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruiting for creative, marketing, product, and design roles. Currently serving as the Senior Talent Acquisition Lead at Dr. Martens plc since June 2019, Allie previously held positions at M&C Saatchi Australia as Talent Acquisition Lead and at TOPSHOP TOPMAN as a Recruitment Partner. Additionally, Allie has experience as a Recruitment Consultant at ECOM, focusing on digital marketing within the fashion/retail sector, and at Spencer-Ogden, specializing in the oil and gas software industry. Allie holds a BSc in Geography from The University of Sheffield and has a solid foundation from New Hall School.
