Brooke Feinberg

Brooke Feinberg is an experienced retail professional currently serving as the Retail Stores Training Manager for the Americas at Dr. Martens plc since September 2012. In this role, Brooke directs training initiatives focused on customer service and operational platforms for a growing network of 60 retail stores, designing and implementing programs that enhance management skills. Prior experience includes various management positions at FootStock, Jessica McClintock Inc., The Museum Company, and Thom Brown Shoes. With a Bachelor of Science in Broadcast Journalism from Boston University, Brooke actively contributes to employee development through tailored training resources and has a strong commitment to diversity, inclusion, and equity initiatives within the retail sector.
