Charlotte Kent

Charlotte Kent has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Charlotte began their career as an Accounting, Consolidation, and External Reporting Intern at F. Hoffmann-La Roche in 2012. Charlotte then worked as a Bloomberg BAT Ambassador for Bloomberg Institute from 2012 to 2013.

In 2013, Charlotte joined Raytheon UK as part of their Finance Graduate Leadership Development Programme. Charlotte later moved on to Coty in 2014, where they worked as a Financial Analyst for a few months.

The same year, Charlotte also started working at Sainsbury's. Charlotte initially served as a Retail Finance Analyst and then transitioned into the role of a Senior Financial Analyst for Groceries Online. Charlotte'stime at Sainsbury's lasted until 2017.

Since 2018, Charlotte has been working at Dr. Martens plc. Charlotte started as a Finance Business Partner for Ecommerce and held this role until November 2021. Charlotte then became a Senior Online Trading Manager until April 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Head of E-Commerce - EMEA at the company.

Charlotte Kent attended Highworth Grammar School for Girls from 2003 to 2010, where they completed their A Levels in Human Biology, Fine Art, and Graphic Design. Charlotte received an A in Human Biology, an A* in Fine Art, and an A in Graphic Design. Charlotte then attended the University of Southampton from 2010 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Hons degree in Accounting and Finance. Finally, from 2013 to 2016, Charlotte attended The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, where they studied Accounting and Finance and earned a CIMA qualification.
