Joanna Wilson

Joanna Wilson has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Interim Head of HR Infrastructure at Dr. Martens plc since October 2017, with previous roles including Senior HR Lead for Corporate Functions and EMEA. Prior to Dr. Martens, Joanna Wilson worked at Estee Lauder Group of Companies as a Retail HR Partner and held the position of HR Advisor at Crystal Martin International. Early career steps included roles such as HR Business Partner at Homeserve and Restaurant General Manager at Pizza Hut UK. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in HR Management from Nottingham Business School and a BA (Hons) in Linguistics and Social Psychology from Nottingham Trent University.
