Kristen Lutjen has extensive experience in digital marketing and brand management. Kristen is currently working as the Director of Digital Marketing at Dr. Martens, where they lead the digital marketing, media, and CRM strategy for the North American region. Before that, they were the Global Digital Marketing Manager at Leatherman Tool Group, where they managed the digital marketing strategy and execution for their DTC channels and Amazon. Kristen also worked as an E-Commerce Marketing Manager at Leatherman, overseeing digital activations and driving sales and brand objectives. Prior to that, Kristen worked at Columbia Sportswear Company as an International Brand Marketing Manager and an International Marketing Project Manager. Additionally, they have previous experience in licensing and marketing roles at Mattel, GMB North America, Inc., Mandate Pictures, and Quiksilver.
Kristen Lutjen pursued their education at Loyola Marymount University, College of Business Administration from 2006 to 2010. During this time, they completed their degree in Business Administration with a focus on Business Law and Marketing. Additionally, in January 2019, Kristen obtained the Scrum Master Certified (SMC) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
