Layla Naomi Knight has been working in the retail industry since October 2010. Layla Naomi currently holds the position of EMEA Retail Operations Process & Compliance Coordinator at Dr. Martens plc. Prior to this, Layla Naomi worked at Office Shoes for over a decade, where Layla Naomi gained experience as a Senior Retail Operations Coordinator. Layla is currently on a secondment as a Retail Operations Project Manager. Throughout their career, Layla Naomi also served as Area Employee Relations advisor and Area Training Manager.
