Les Marshall

Les Marshall currently serves as the Global Head of Talent at Dr. Martens plc since March 2023. Prior to this role, Les held several key positions including Head of Talent & Leadership at dentsu international and Head of Talent at NEX, where responsibilities encompassed learning and development, talent management, diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement within a global FinTech context. Les's extensive experience spans leadership development consultancy at Anglo American and various roles at HSBC, focusing on talent, resourcing, and organizational development across multiple regions. Les began a career at Accenture as a Management Consultant, contributing to projects across diverse industries. Les holds an MA in International Business & Languages from Heriot-Watt University.
