Thomas Evans

Thomas Evans is an experienced footwear designer with a strong focus on innovation, sustainability, and research and development in the footwear industry. Currently serving as the Innovation and Sustainability Design Manager at Dr. Martens plc since July 2013, Thomas has previously held roles as Performance Design Manager and Senior Designer, contributing to R&D for technical and fashion footwear while implementing sustainable practices. Prior experience includes designing for major brands at Wolverine World Wide in London, freelancing as a footwear designer, and holding design positions at Berghaus and Pentland Brands. Thomas holds a BA in Industrial Design & Technology from Loughborough University, earned between 2001 and 2005.
