Syed served as the Group Chief Executive Officer at Micris Dental Clinic, where they played a vital role in establishing the largest and most luxurious stand-alone dental clinic in the world. Syed expressed gratitude to the residents and citizens of the UAE for their support. Prior to this, Sarfraz was a Partner/Investor at www.kolapasi.com, a platform catering to busy bachelors looking for home-cooked food. Syed also held the position of Group Chief Executive Officer at Dr. Michael's Dental Clinic. Sarfraz has also contributed as an Investor at Hellogenie.in, a bike-based logistics platform, and as a Partner at Celergen Health. Additionally, they co-founded A2Zarabia.com, a rapidly growing online ecosystem in the Middle East that offers a wide range of services. Their aim was to create a safe and seamless experience for consumers and suppliers.

Syed Sarfraz completed their high school education at SBOA School & Junior College from 1983 to 1998, with a focus on Business/Commerce. Afterward, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce and Business from Loyola College from 1998 to 2001.
