Ben Koch joined the Adelson Campus in 2012 as an English Instructor and has loved every minute of working in this community since! Originally from Tremont, Illinois, Benjamin earned his BA in English from Bradley University before moving to Las Vegas as a Teach for America (TFA) Corps Member. Ben later earned his master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction from UNLV. Serving as the Assistant Principal of the Upper School, Ben is a senior leader who guides a wide range of school logistical and operational functions, both teacher and student-facing. Ben stays connected to the work of literacy development through participation in the local affiliate of the National Writing Project and as an active alumnus of TFA.
