Alex Woodcroft

Alex Woodcroft, P.Eng., currently serves as Production Manager and previously held the role of Process Engineer at Dr. Oetker Canada Ltd since May 2019. From March 2016 to September 2018, Alex worked as a Project Engineer Intern at the same company, overseeing the installation of a new production line and assisting with capital investment and plant improvement projects. Alex's experience includes conducting Factory Acceptance Tests for machinery, creating 3D designs of line components, and coordinating with contractors and suppliers. As an Engineering Student at the Faculty of Engineering at Western University, Alex developed an Environmental Management System compliant with ISO 14001 standards and designed retro-fit machine components for food processing improvements. Alex holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical and Materials Engineering, earned in 2019.
