Anthony Gene serves as the Head of Quality Assurance at Dr Oetker Canada Ltd since March 2013, leading a team to foster a culture of Quality, Food Safety, and Sustainability while aligning with corporate standards and food regulatory requirements. As a member of the Canadian Leadership Team, Anthony is responsible for developing and managing quality systems, maintaining HACCP compliance, and providing technical support across various food categories. Prior experience includes roles at McCormick, where Anthony advanced from Quality Assurance Technologist to Quality Assurance Director, successfully implementing programs to protect brands and enhance food safety. Anthony holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Biochemistry from the University of Toronto, an MBA from Ivey Business School, and a Food Science Certificate from the University of Guelph.
