Daniela Hengesbach

Daniela Hengesbach has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HR Manager for Organizational, Talent, and Leadership Development at Dr. Oetker since 2006, following previous roles as HR Manager and HR Project Manager for the Oetker Group. Prior experience includes internships focused on employer branding at Arvato Services and marketing at Beijing Bertelsmann 21st Century Book Chain, as well as HR-related internships at Melitta. Additionally, Daniela held the position of HR Assistant at DirectGroup Bertelsmann from 2001 to 2003. Daniela holds a Diplom Kauffrau from FH Bielefeld and has completed education at the University of Bedfordshire and an apprenticeship as Industriekauffrau at Bertelsmann AG.
