Elias Schwenk is an experienced sustainability professional with a strong background in procurement and corporate responsibility. Currently serving as Sustainability Manager for Procurement at Dr. Oetker since October 2021, Elias has previously held the position of Manager Corporate Responsibility at NORMA Group, where responsibilities included leading sustainability strategy, developing reporting structures, conducting environmental assessments, and enhancing sustainability ratings. Additional experience includes consultancy roles at OECD-OCDE and involvement in internships with Systain Consulting, the Deutsche Botschaft in Quito, and Beijing Review. Elias holds a Master of Arts in General Management from Zeppelin University and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and Law from the University of Münster.
