Zachary Hines

Zachary Hines is an accomplished professional in the performing arts industry, currently serving as the Commercial Booking Manager (Talent Buyer) at the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts since August 2024. Previously, as the Associate Director of Marketing at McCarter Theatre Center, Zachary designed comprehensive marketing strategies that significantly boosted ticket sales by over 60% within a year. At the Straz Center for the Performing Arts, Zachary held multiple roles, including Programming Manager, where the center achieved recognition as the fifth highest-grossing venue under 5,000 seats in the world, and Sr. Manager of Institutional Marketing, where extensive branding and audience development strategies were implemented. Earlier experience includes positions at American Stage Theatre Company, Directions for Living, and the University of Tampa, demonstrating a strong background in marketing, audience engagement, and event planning. Zachary holds a B.A. in Theatre from the University of Tampa and has further training from the British American Drama Academy.
