Usha Singh

Usha Singh is the Dean of Faculty at Dr. Rajendra Prasad Central Agricultural University, as well as the Project Director at the Centre of Excellence on Food Processing. Prior to this, Singh held the position of University Professor cum Chief Scientist and Chairman of the Department of Food & Nutrition at Rajendra Agricultural University. Singh holds a Ph.D in Food and Nutrition from BRA Bihar University Muzaffarpur, a Master's degree in Food and Nutrition from Marathwada Krishi Vidyapeeth, and a Bachelor's degree in Home Science from Rajendra University, Balangir.
