Jeffrey Martin

Jeffrey Martin is a seasoned intellectual property attorney with extensive experience in pharmaceutical and medical device patent litigation. Currently serving as Senior Director of Legal Counsel for Intellectual Property at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories since August 2019, Jeffrey handles complex matters including ANDA and biosimilar litigations, appeals, inter partes reviews, due diligence, and intellectual property transactions. Prior to this role, Jeffrey was a Senior Associate at Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP from January 2017 to August 2019, focusing on Hatch-Waxman and biosimilar litigation, and an Associate at Kaye Scholer LLP from January 2011 to December 2016, where similar areas of practice were addressed. Jeffrey also gained initial legal experience as a Summer Associate at Kaye Scholer LLP in 2009.
