Malathi Sridhar

Malathi Sridhar has over two decades of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as the Head of External Formulation Manufacturing and Director at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories since February 2003. Responsibilities include managing external manufacturing sites, project management, regulatory compliance, and quality risk management across global operations. Previously, Malathi led co-development and alliance management projects and held roles focused on quality systems and troubleshooting within manufacturing. Earlier experiences include a senior managerial position in corporate strategic projects at Dr. Reddy's and extensive quality assurance and control roles at Procter & Gamble. Malathi holds an M.Pharma and B.Pharma in Pharmaceutics from Shreemati Nathibai Damodar Thackersey Women's University and completed a course in design thinking for innovation from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
