Prior experience includes roles as Associate Scientist at LUPIN LIMITED, focusing on formulation development and stability improvement, and Senior Executive at Ipca Laboratories Limited, where Nitin contributed to the development of generic formulations and technology transfer. Nitin started a career as a Project Trainee at Cadila Pharmaceuticals Limited, specializing in oral formulation development for the Indian market. Educational qualifications include an M.
