Oksana Pavlenko

Oksana Pavlenko, MBA, is an accomplished marketing leader with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as Head of Marketing Biologics Europe at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories since July 2025. Previously, Oksana held various senior marketing roles at Sandoz, including Marketing Director for Cardiovascular & Metabolics, where successful launch strategies were developed for blockbuster products across key European markets. Oksana’s experience spans product management in oncology and cardiology at Sanofi, as well as roles at Roche Diagnostics and bioMérieux, emphasizing promotional campaign planning and strategic partnerships. Oksana holds an MBA from The Open University and a Master's degree in Microbiology from Lomonosov Moscow State University, complemented by a diploma in French from the Centre culturel français de Moscou.
